M-KARA is seeking an experienced seamstress to join our team, specialising in bridal and couture garments.

We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a genuine passion for high-quality craftsmanship.

 

The Role

You will be involved in the construction and make of couture bridal and eveningwear, working closely with the designer in a fast-paced studio environment, delivering couture garments of exceptional quality and finishes.

 

Responsibilities & Relevant Experience

Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout production

Sewing and construction of bridal and couture garments

Working with delicate and structured fabrics

Alterations and fit adjustments

Patternmaking & toile making

Hand-finishing and detailed garment work

 

Requirements

Proven track record in bridal and couture making essential

Strong garment construction and sewing skills

High attention to detail and finishes

Ability to work efficiently and independently

Reliable, professional and organised
