SHIPPING
We have FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all Australian and International orders.

M-KARA ships worldwide. Please click here to view specific countries.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays, except where items are made-to-order.
Made-to-order items are shipped within 24 hours of the order being made.
Tracking information is sent via email at 3pm AEST on the day that orders are shipped out.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Free Express Shipping is valid for all Australian orders. Free shipping is automatically applied during the checkout process and shipped via AUS POST/DHL Express Shipping. AUS POST and DHL Express Shipping arrives within 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free Express Shipping is valid for all International orders. Free shipping is automatically applied during the checkout process and is shipped via DHL Express Shipping. For countries other than Australia, please click here for shipping times. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
ALL ORDERS
PO Boxes will not be accepted. If a PO Box is used, your order will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. M-KARA is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

COVID-19 NOTICE AND INFORMATION
Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. We completely understand that you would love to receive your order right away. We kindly ask that our customers are patient and understanding during this time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email hello@m-kara.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, M-KARA will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with M-KARA via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), M-KARA reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $15 AUD for Australian orders and $30 AUD for international orders.
M-KARA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
